Emanations from an unknown world Disrupt the time continuum Black magic wizard’s hand waves All logic and reason leaves fate What can you tell me about it? Is it being or machine? What mystery surrounds it? Survived for a million years When the surgeon’s mad from a potent drug And time leaps back and forth again Paranoia kills the selfless soul When the surgeon’s run away for home Where has he gone? The heart of the temporal rift What shall we do? We must find him Shall we journey to the city On the edge of forever Shall we chance it in an unknown world? Shall we risk our lives to save one man? The city on the edge of forever Collision of time and space we All know our dimension Who knew Einstein’s theory and math Would lead us on a satanic path? What is this thing? Is it being or machine? Both and naught, pray Why answer in riddles I am lord of the temporal change I’ll show you all your history All went awry when the surgeon went through But to repair, him I’ll lead you to Do you know my name? To some I’m Father Time But on this world The Guardian of Forever Guardian of Forever Where have we gone? You passed into What was…

Step out of nowhere To home but archaea Cars skirting streets of confusion Paved with dust No ladies or lords But on silver screens The economically trodden With eyes cast down Is this the time or place A shot in a million Playing against odds What hope for success With so much uncertainty In a jungle sans camouflage When thievery is necessary Not just for you and me Zeitgeist of depression Child of recession The chaos of history And mad repetition Of people who won’t learn On the run from the law Just for trying to live When money’s to be had And there’s none to give Remember lady justice Where does she hide today? We’ve entered a barbaric time Where it’s kill or be killed and get ahead With unrest in the west And the world on the brink of war Yet again...

The storm of an age will lash In the fool’s avenue there’s shelter From police and false cold We’re running But a lies a painful greeting We have not a penny Having stolen our clothes, where are we Where the bums would eat their soup And they pay with their ears Hearing tall tales of days to come O hear what she’ll say At the mission today There will come a year When man reaches out To seize the atom Then drift to the sky And come this day When there’s no death to pay And no more disease Man will yet be free

Let Me Help 06:12
Breaking the lock like a pro I’ve seen your machines You tell me things that I don’t know And I can't say just where it is you’re from What are you hiding You don’t have to be so closed off Let me help Let me help In some time those words will be written Great thinkers, the classics With stories to tell Let me help How magnificent words To be spoken to each other More sincere and more true Than the words I love you

Framed by dark borders The Picture comes clear in time The focus of images, locus of spheres Contrary results arise in the years Images tell of her death Ominous o'er the edge of forever Lying so near yet flying unseen Tangible and distant lucid dream What the captain believes are signs of hope, Glinting and fleeting as Death himself Contrary dilemmae, malreconciled time, Bifurcation of theories, show time's focal point Attention and the gaze Are carried after time's vortex Where apparitions of surgeons abound As a random element soars colours of sound Exhausted mnemonic path Has scored what an be known With stone knives and bearskins When we don't know the game The how can we win? Images tell of her life Prestigious unto the future A conf'rence call with a pow'rful man How has the surgeon sifted time's sand

Finally his footsteps drop to the road That madman, that surgeon appears Ashen faced while he's dripping sweat In a dizzy haze paranoiac'ly shouts, Drawing the gaze of a lonely tramp Who just wants his health for free, Mad harassment in deluded rage He falls to his face from the fear And a change has been made When a lonely beggar turns to dust A doctor awakens alone And stumbles to the mission home She sees his eyes as about to die And walks him off to an empty cot Five seconds' delay when it's pressing time Makes a missed encounter as fate's lot We don't know when he'll arrive Is it already? a month? or a week? We don't know if she lives or dies Can these recordings help us to see? And a change has been made Will we travel to the moon on wings of peace? That fateful day untraced When negotiations stay tyrant's release And as they spoke for months on end, the Rockets made ready to fire By heavy water now complete the Nationalist bombs would spell defeat East and west will fall as friends grinding The whole world to mire For that pacifist call in the states Surrendered imperial seat And a change has been made Did the surgeon create this circle of hell? That fateful day untraced When the way of peace once did no one well But we know that she was right We know that peace was the way of life Yes we know that she was right For eternity but at the wrong time "Now I have to confess Though I know you'll think me a fool But the truth is that I am in love with her" "Captain, I know it hurts, But we both know that she must die"

The surgeon awakes and doesn't want to know where the most natural question best not asked. he disbelieves his bed, his travels, and her saying he must be drugged still or mad she says, "lie and rest where it's safe, you funny man no matter it's real or not, while you can." she thinks of new life, the captain's strange words offers to tell him if only he'd heard. and in her eyes you see her pour out her heart; among hungry masses her joy is still flowering. but a jest turned to brief fear at a start when the captain's arm broke treach'rous cascading. "I must now point out your providential intercession has likely now halted her necessary destruction" "No, no it's not yet her time. No, no, the doctor's not arrived" Tthough we don't know all of this situation, We can't take the risk of a temp'ral reduction. I don't want to harm you But I know I must warn you, if you follow your heart and protect her soul the currents in time have made you know. if you follow your heart and save her life, you destroy a million more than had died before" The doctor looks well but rejects evening news. what's a drug trip or not is for him to choose: that she's the real in scenes of insanity's past, a friend when most needed in a world of cold glass here at the mission where she's sent to give comfort, a bed or a meal her stead for bottle's resort. what could it bring, what payment for her hands, what force would drive her to fill such demands? "It's necessary," she says "to do what I do" "Let me repay you" the surgeon speaks "Let me help" then she says it should wait for later, though her next words would ordain disaster. by his confusion and her surprise she takes her leave with the captain in mind Across the way to a night of laughter, her words of actors now spark disaster: At the drop of the surgeon's name, her young man starts like a dog insane. The captain shouts for his comrade in arms, her confusion reborn at the sount alarm. And from outside the surgeon heard commotion, meeting his friends for a joyous reunion "I watch them all embrace as old friends from a place or time I cannot say when. Their words alike and never by chance as if they have seen my future's romance" Now disaster strikes at the fulness of time, (at last, the linchpin of all futureal minds) with electric eyes and forbidden cargo down streets of confusion singing shock and horror Tyres and voice harmonise in shriek while dread and terror fill our lovers' eyes and surgeon-hero is the timestream's freak held at bay as the captain's world dies. "How could you hold me with the truck coming for her? I could have saved her and let her help another. Captain, do you know what you have committed Through forcing me to keep my actions omitted?" "O good surgeon, he knows, Beyond forever, he knows: If you followed your heart And preserved her soul The currents in time have made him know. If you followed your heart And saved her life, You'd destroy a million more Than had died before." Learn a lesson of life while you look away Or take your rest in the Word of a story. In every tale is Wisdom, in every fiction a fact when behind the veil of phantasmic invention lies the Real Image, the truth unmasked, here whispering his Name with supercosmic intention That Good may come from evil when life is born from death and the world might see new revel through the Focal Point's last breath. His was a love eternal, more fixed than any star, for no woman was offered the future for love. But had she seen, for hers was more, The target of time's arrow was poised to prove That Good may come from evil when life is born from death and the world might see new revel through the Focal Point's last breath. Et post via crucis, death is a mercy, to a saint the road home, to the City on the edge of Forever "All is as it was and ever shall be and many adventures may be had when I am your guard and your port" But the captain's eyes bespeak his torment: "Let's get the hell out of here"
